Nylon Toilet Cubicle Partition System – GX-001 Series

The Galaxy Cubicle India Nylon Partition System is suitable for offices, shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, airports, schools and other commercial washrooms. The system includes partition panels, doors, nylon accessories and supporting hardware to create separate restroom cubicles.

The standard partition dimensions are:

• Width: 900–1200 mm
• Depth: 1550–1800 mm
• Height: 2000 mm, including a 150 mm bottom clearance
• Door width: 610 mm

Final dimensions and component placement are determined according to the approved project drawing and site requirements.

HPL Compact Board Specifications

The partition boards are made from layers of cellulose fibres impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resin, decorative design papers on both sides and a core made with kraft paper impregnated with special melamine resin. The boards are manufactured under combined heat and high pressure.

The specified manufacturing pressure is 9 MPa (90 bar). The material is designed to provide resistance to scratches, abrasion, heat, chemicals, impact, graffiti and moisture, along with antibacterial properties.

Doors, Mid Panels and End Panels

HPL Compact Board Doors

The doors are made from 12 mm thick Galaxy Cubicle India HPL compact panels. Each door is supported by three self-closing hinges fitted to the pilasters. A Nylon Polyamide 6 coat hook and door knob are provided with each door.

Mid and End Panels

All mid and end panels are made from 12 mm thick Galaxy Cubicle India HPL compact boards. The system includes a stainless steel lock cum indicator with an occupancy indicator. Door stopper profiles with silicone rubber are used to help reduce noise when the door closes.

Middle Dividers

All middle dividers are made from 12 mm thick Galaxy Cubicle India HPL compact boards. The ends are fitted with aluminium powder-coated U-channels for stability. Divider sizes are prepared according to the approved drawing.

• Wall plugs: Anti-rotation, expandable Nylon Polyamide 6 wall plugs.

• Top rail: Black powder-coated aluminium profile, 50 × 32 mm, 3 metres long.
• U-channel wall section: Black powder-coated aluminium profile, 25 × 16 mm, 1.829 metres long.
• Door H-stopper section: Black powder-coated aluminium profile, 20 × 12.5 mm, 1.829 metres long.
• 90-degree corner section: Black powder-coated aluminium profile, 40 × 40 mm, 1.829 metres long.
• Screws: Stainless steel grade 304.
• Noise reduction: Silicone rubber for dampening door-closing noise.

The complete work is carried out according to the approved drawings under the supervision of the engineer in charge and company experts.
