Toilet Partition Installation Guide

Professional step-by-step installation process for all our partition systems

Nylon Partitions Installation

1

Site Preparation

Begin by clearing the installation area completely. Measure and mark the exact positions for partitions using laser levels for precision. Ensure all wall surfaces are clean, dry, and structurally sound to support the installation.

2

Bracket Installation

Install heavy-duty nylon mounting brackets at marked positions using appropriate wall anchors. For concrete walls, use 10mm diameter anchor bolts spaced at 600mm intervals. Ensure all brackets are perfectly level before final tightening.

3

Panel Assembly

Slide partition panels into the mounted brackets, starting from one end of the installation area. Use rubber mallets for gentle adjustment if needed. Secure each panel with the provided locking mechanism, ensuring there's no movement when force is applied.

4

Door Installation

Mount doors using heavy-duty pivot hinges, adjusting for perfect vertical alignment. Install door closers if specified. Test each door for smooth operation, making micro-adjustments as needed. Finally, install all hardware including locks, handles, and coat hooks.

Stainless Steel Partitions Installation

1

Precision Layout

Using laser measuring tools, mark all mounting points with surgical precision (±1mm tolerance). Verify all measurements twice before proceeding. For stainless steel systems, even minor misalignments will be visibly apparent, so extreme care is taken at this stage.

2

Frame Installation

Begin with the vertical frame members, securing them to walls using specialized stainless steel anchors. Install horizontal supports at specified intervals (typically 1200mm). All connections use concealed fasteners to maintain the clean aesthetic.

3

Panel Mounting

Install brushed or mirror-finish panels using non-marring tools to prevent surface damage. Secure with stainless steel clips that allow for thermal expansion. Check alignment with precision levels after each panel installation.

4

Final Adjustments

Torque all fasteners to manufacturer specifications using calibrated tools. Install doors with premium-grade stainless steel pivots. Conduct final inspection with white gloves to ensure flawless installation with no fingerprints or marks.
